Nordstrom is one of the top soft good retailers in the marketplace. They have a large number of full-time employees for whom they provide benefits. We worked with the Benefits Group on internal communications for benefits enrollment.

Working with the Benefits Group to develop their internal Brand Strategy, we defined the employee benefits messaging. We based our annual benefits brochures on these communication messages. Employee signup increased each year we designed and wrote the Benefit enrollment kits.
