Nordstrom is one of the top soft good retailers in the marketplace. They have a large number of full-time employees for whom they provide benefits. We worked with the benefits group on internal communications for benefit enrollment.


There were two areas we worked with Nordstrom

  1. They were provided brand elements with no brand strategy to support these brand elements
  2. They needed to reach specific goals during their annual benefit enrollment period.


Through our Discovery process we worked with the Benefits group to develop their Brand Strategy that clearly communicated their message to employees. We used this strategy in developing the annual benefits brochure. Each year we worked with Nordstrom the employee enrollment increased.
