After eight years as a successful asset-finding technology company, Online Data Services changed their business model to better capitalize on their technology expertise in the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) Searching, Filing and Corporate Documentation Retrieval industry.

Challenge

Introduce and position the new company, Diligenz and differentiate them from established UCC technology companies. Create a memorable brand that could create awareness for the new company.
